Launched this blog in 2023 as a community for creative foodies, at home cooks, and anyone who wants to bake delicious desserts. My first blog (The Misadventures of Baking) was launched in 2018 and I had a good amount of people that visited daily, but I wanted to improve my site. This site is a revamping of everything I created.
If you love to bake, aren’t afraid of occasionally messing up, and are willing to learn new techniques, you’ll feel right at home here.
I have been baking since I was young and I started with nothing but cake mixes and boy did I mess those up! Slowly I started using flour, butter, and sugar. Now I can bake so many types of things, I have even done some for parties. This blog is about showing you all the techniques I learned in the many years I have been doing this.
